Current Proposals for redevelopment of the Loop Bridge Mill site

A number of planning applications have been lodged for the site.

The most recent and current application is for a supermarket and car parking. This application has been declared 'Article 31', which means it is considered to be a major application and will be determined by the Planning Service Headquaters rather than the divisional office. A copy of the application forms and site layout drawing are available as downloads below.
